Grand Hyatt Beijing has 825 rooms and suites on 18 floors, and a choice of seven dining venues. Business travellers have access to the business centre with four workstations and a ten-seat boardroom, as well as comprehensive conference/function facilities. At Club Oasis guests will find a 24-hour fitness centre, 55-metre resort-style indoor swimming pool, and an adjacent spa tub, steam room and sauna. Conference/function room(s): The total conference/function area covers 2,800 square metres (30,130 square feet). The 711-square-metre (7,735-square-foot) Grand Ballroom can hold 700 people in theatre-style configurations, or 430 classroom style. This ballroom, which can be divided into two separate areas, also has a large foyer. The Residence room is 1,142 square metres (12,292 square feet) in size and can be divided into three smaller rooms, holding up to 600 people for receptions. It has two coffee bars and a private lounge. Several other meeting rooms range in size from 42–89 square metres (452–958 square feet). Four boardrooms on Level 4 can seat 7–16 people.
